12 volt AC input from a lighting coil etc
This particular unit can be pre programmed (Not a user changeable parameter) with an output of up to 4A to charge most sorts of 12 volt DC battery including Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) and wet car battery types.
A 12 volt AC input is converted into a three stage 12 volt DC charge out put for maximum charging efficiency, the battery is continually monitored in order to provide the optimum charge.
The standard configuration supplied would be a 4A output suitable for charging a car type battery often found in caravans and motor homes / campers.
The unit has four wires two for input and two for output, it can be permanently connected into the electrical system, as it has on board ignition sense which only commences the charge cycle when it detects the engine running.
Despatch would be 3 – 5 days due to the custom nature of the product.
