This kit is used to connect
lights onto the exsiting loom without having to cut the original plugs off. If
you are buying one of our River Runner LED light sets just select the option in
the wiring harness box and the lights will come with the connectors already
attached.
Earlier Land Rover have
standard bullet connectors on the lights but Defender and later style vehicles
have special plugs and sockets built into the lights. The change over from
bullets to these plugs took place in the early 1990's - the easiest way to tell
if you are unsure is unscrew one of your lights so see if it has a socket
moulded into the back or just wires coming out.
This custom made kit comprises of the following
- 2 x Front side light 2 way male plugs with 200mm of
cable
- 4 x Indicator light 2 way male plugs with 200mm of
cable
- 2 x Rear brake/side light 3 way male plugs with 200mm
of cable
- 20 x Waterproof red heat shrink butts
