Lidatek first made this technology commercially available in 1996. This is Lidatek's third generation product and the worlds most advanced laser defence system.
When powered up the unit emits its confirmation beeps the LED will illuminate green indicating that is in standby mode monitoring for any laser attack. If the unit should be attacked by laser it will react for around 6 seconds giving the driver time to check and adjust his speed if necessary accompanied by an audible and visual alert. After this alert the LED will change to Orange whilst recycling for 30 seconds before giving out confirmation power up beeps and the LED will return to green indicating the unit has returned to monitor the road ahead.

Additional Transponder - this can be mounted either on the rear of the car or on the front to give a dual system for increased protection on large vehicles
