Description

The majority of European cars (Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi etc) when ordered with factory fitted towing electrics come with 13 pin electrics. A number of caravan and trailer manufacturers are also supplying their product as standard with the 13 pin Euro plug.

There are many advantages to this system including better locking action and great protection from the elements.

This is the ISO 11446 style and is used when converting 2 x 7 pin systems to 13 pin.

The twin entry cable grommet or dual gland allows both the "black" & "grey" to be inserted into the single plug.
